About Eve
My love for animals has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. At just nine years old, I started my first dog walking business, and that early connection with pets grew into a lifelong calling.
Throughout high school, I worked at a boarding facility, gaining hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of pet care. But I always knew I wanted to offer more personalized, comforting care, especially for senior pets and those with anxiety or special needs. That vision became reality when I launched Simply Sandy Pet Services in 2020, built on a passion for helping both people and animals.
Over the years, I’ve strengthened my skills with certifications in dog training, pet CPR and first aid, and became a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments including those with medical or behavioral challenges.
About Sandy
A resilient German Shepherd rescue with a gentle spirit, Sandy came into my life during a time of change and quickly became my rock, my shadow, and my reminder of why I do what I do.
Her calm, loyal nature and strong bond with people (and animals!) inspired the name and the mission behind this business. Sandy has been by my side through every step of this journey. From my early days on Rover to launching a full-time pet care service. She’s tested gear, posed for marketing photos, and comforted me on the hardest days.
Simply Sandy is built around her legacy: compassion, trust, and the belief that every pet deserves to feel safe and loved, just like Sandy does now.
About Anthony
A love for animals has always been a part of Anthony’s life. Growing up with cats, dogs, and two cherished guinea pigs, Charlie and Freya, he developed a natural sense of responsibility and care for all creatures, big and small.
As he got older, that love expanded even more. He found a deep connection with horses and farm animals, where he feels most at home working outdoors and hands-on. And after meeting Eve, he discovered a special appreciation for big dogs, which quickly became another favorite part of his animal-care journey.
While Anthony works full-time in the steel industry, he supports Simply Sandy Pet Services whenever he can.
Though not a full-time team member, he plays a meaningful behind-the-scenes role, helping with tasks, projects, and the little things that keep the business moving smoothly. Clients adore him for his calm energy, patience, and genuine kindness.
